These conditions apply to reservations made directly with the hotel. By confirming a booking you accept what is described here, together with the specific conditions of the rate you choose, which always prevail.
Adults only
raíz is an adults only boutique hotel: we welcome guests of legal age only. By booking you confirm that everyone on the reservation is of legal age.
Arrival and departure
Check-in is from 14:00 and check-out is until 12:00.
If you arrive earlier or need to leave later, write to us and we will see what we can do subject to availability that day. We cannot guarantee it in advance.
On arrival we will ask each guest for official photo identification.
What the stay includes
All rates include breakfast, access to the pool and garden, high-speed WiFi and air conditioning in the room.
Booking direct with us guarantees you the best available rate, and we help you plan your stay.
Rates and payment
Rates are shown in Mexican pesos and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise at the time of booking.
Payment and guarantee conditions are those shown by the booking engine for the rate you choose, and they are displayed before you confirm.
Cancellations and changes
The policy depends on the rate you book. On the flexible rate you may cancel free of charge up to 15 days before the arrival date. Non-refundable rates have stricter conditions and generally allow neither cancellation nor changes.
The exact conditions of your booking are shown before you confirm it and repeated in the confirmation email. If you have any doubts, write to us before booking and we will explain them.
For date changes, write to us as soon as possible: we will try to accommodate them subject to availability and to the rate booked.
No-show
If you do not arrive on the check-in date and have not told us, the booking is treated as a no-show and the conditions of the rate booked apply, which may include a charge for the full stay.
Pets
We do not accept pets at this time. We designed raíz as a restful space for all guests, and keeping it free of animals lets us protect that atmosphere. Thank you for understanding.
House rules
Please look after the rest of other guests, especially at night. Smoking is not allowed inside the rooms or in indoor areas.
The hotel may end a stay, without refund, in the event of conduct that endangers the safety or peace of other people or the integrity of the property.
Personal belongings
Every room has a safe. The hotel is not responsible for valuables left outside it.
