This story wouldn't be complete without Don Felipe, the previous owner of the land. His deep bond with the place and the moving farewell to the old house left an indelible mark on Pier and Ainoa.
When they found the land, they saw beyond bricks and timber: they saw the history and the care Felipe had invested in that space.
They promised not only to preserve the original structure, but also to honour his legacy, integrating the old house into the design of the new hotel. That promise became the essence of the project, keeping a piece of the past and weaving it into the future.
